Travelling from Bangkok to London with Thai Airways (Business Class) was a fantastic start to our Europe trip. I was travelling on my own initially as I was visiting my parents in Darlington for 3 weeks. I landed at Heathrow Airport nice and early in the morning and was able to catch a train from Kings Cross to Darlington, arriving in Darlington around midday.
Darlington is in County Durham and is very close to some lovely countryside and villages. I managed to get out for a walk most days which was lovely and good preparation for the next stage of our trip (the Camino).
